Warranty Coverage:

At Digtal Nation Marketing we cover genuine ARUN products warranty period up to twelve (12) months, in the course of a problem if found please contact your local re-seller immediately for product replacement, your co-operation are much appreciated.

 

1. Non-legitimate channels for the sale of counterfeit products

 

2. More than three packs of validity;

 

3. The use, maintenance, damage caused by improper maintenance;

 

4. Mechanical damage;

 

5. Damage caused by force majeure.

 

6. Water Damages, Accidental Damages and Breakages, and/or

 

7. Any Transport Damage

 

8. Incorrect Line Voltage,

 

9. Connection to Non-Compatible Hardware

 

10. Unauthorized repairs are made or attempted by Unauthorized Personnel or have been altered in a way or made illegible on the model or production

 

11. Defects caused by abuse or misuse of the product

 

12. Customer is require to provide the Proof of Purchase.

How to claim warranty from us with defective item:

 

Prepare your proof of purchase: Receipt.

Warp the product with or without packaging and send to addess below:

3. Courier Service Provider

4. Tracking number

5. Our Technical Support will follow up with email reply on status and result of claim.

6. In any case of success claim, we'll ship the replacement product to the specific deliver address based on warranty claim process form.
